If you're passionate about commercial contracts, corporate law and ensuring legal compliance in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.🟢 Opportunity.Location: 2800 MechelenStart date: as soon as posssibleDuration: fulltime🟢 Job details.As our Legal Counsel you will:Be the go-to expert for battery contracts, SPV’s, PPA’s, legal aspects in corporate and commercial law.Identify legal risks and opportunities, providing clear, tailored advice to support business and management decisions.Draft and revise relevant documents, with a focus on the B2B market, including commercial (energy related) contracts, collaboration agreements, shareholder agreements, and more.Provide legal assistance across various client delivery activities, including sales, marketing, customer relations.Provide legal assistance across operations, including procurement, supply chain management, HR, etcBring knowledge and/or experience in other law areas within the context of corporate (M&A), enterprise law, such as privacy and asset management.Be the point of contact internally for all legal matters and for our legal experts externally.As a valued member of our dynamic and fun-loving team, you'll be a true entrepreneur at heart.🟢 Your profile.To excel in this role, you'll need to:Possess a master's degree in law.Have 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in corporate law and a sound knowledge of contract law. Knowledge and/or experience in energy law is a big plus. Knowledge and/or experience in social law is also a plus.Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.Exhibit assertive communication skills, translating complex legal advice clearly and concisely.Balance legal and commercial interests carefully.Speak and write fluently in Dutch, and English. German is a plus.Be hands-on with high attention to detail, quality, and precision.Work well in a team, being flexible to help achieve team goals.Approach problem-solving with a pragmatic mindset, preferring action to talking.Be improvement-minded, proposing new improvement ideas.Adapt well in an ever-changing environment.Provide valuable advice to stakeholders on different possible solutions.Work relatively independently, following priorities and agreed deadlines.🟢 But the best part?
