In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of various products before export, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing accurate reports to our clients.Perform pre-export inspections of diverse products, including shoes, clothes, backpacks, electronics, toys, and televisionsExamine shipping labels, product appearance, and internal labeling for accuracy and complianceConduct detailed checks on product specifications, including fabric measurements and weight, according to customer requirementsAssess container conditions and monitor the loading processVerify carton counts against purchase orders and modelsInspect and document customs and shipping line sealsPrepare and submit timely, detailed inspection reports to clientsCollaborate with team members and work under the direction of supervisorsTravel to various locations within the province as needed, especially during peak seasonsQualificationsUniversity or College degreePrevious experience in the garment or logistics industry is preferredExperience in goods inspection is a plusStrong attention to detail and high sense of responsibilityExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in English or Chinese is advantageousAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to travel for business trips, particularly during mid and end-of-month peak periodsBasic computer skills for report writing and communicationPhysical ability to perform inspections in various environmentsHonest, diligent, and agile approach to workAdditional InformationIf you fit the bill for this position, don't hesitate to share your resume and cover letter to anna.nguyen@qima.com OR Zalo: +84 917043302
