Freelance Podcast Editor – Part time

This part-time contract role is ideal for a detail-oriented podcast editor with expertise in both audio and video production. The position involves editing weekly podcast episodes, each up to 90 minutes, ensuring a polished and professional final product. The editor will be responsible for removing filler words, stumbles, and mistakes, as well as integrating intros, outros, music, and advertisements. Mastery of audio levels and clarity is essential to maintain a consistent listening experience. In addition to audio editing, the role requires video editing skills, including trimming, multicam switching when available, and optimizing visuals for various platforms. The editor will also create engaging social media content such as audiograms, videograms, and custom graphics tailored for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
