As a dedicated three-person core team, we ensure every project receives personalised attention, considered design, and exceptional quality control. We are looking for a reliable, execution-focused professional to seamlessly integrate with our team, helping us maintain our high-touch, deadline-focused service delivery as we grow. The Opportunity This role is ideal for a Freelance Stylist who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting and excels at on-ground physical execution. You will receive direct guidance and design plans from the team, allowing you to focus purely on transforming the property with precision and attention to the fine details that define the Whitehaus Interiors brand. Key ResponsibilitiesExecution & Styling (Primary Focus): Execute the physical staging of properties (including vacant and occupied homes) exactly to the Chief Stylist’s specified design plan, transforming the property into a visual masterpiece.Utilize exceptional spatial planning and ensure meticulous attention to fine detail, presentation, and quality control during the final setup.Logistics Coordination:Work in partnership with the logistics team to receive, unload, and stage all inventory (furniture, art, decor) efficiently upon delivery.Assist with the careful packing, inventory check, and coordination of de-staging once the property is sold.Process Alignment & Collaboration:Work collaboratively with the Chief Stylist, logistics team, Real Estate Agents, and Photographers on-site.Adhere strictly to project timelines and the Whitehaus streamlined styling process (Installation & Removal phases).Result Focus Support: Ensure the physical styling presentation maximizes the property’s appeal to the target buyer, supporting the goal of a fast sale and high ROI.Required Qualifications & ExperienceProfessional Reliability: Exceptional punctuality and reliability – a demonstrated commitment to showing up on time, adhering to installation schedules, and meeting strict deadlinesExecution Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on, on-site experience in property styling or interior installation.Detail Focus: Proven ability to execute a design plan precisely and maintain high standards of presentation under pressure.Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Location: SydneyEngagement Type: Freelance / Contract (Per-Project Basis) Target Compensation: Negotiable (Competitive Project Fee)How to ApplyPlease submit your resume, a link to your digital portfolio, and a brief outline of your standard fee structure (per hour rate) to declan@whitehausinteriors.com.au.
