If you are looking for cutting-edge work, where you will have opportunities to develop your career among peers who are experts in their field, and you believe in the future of digital currency, then look no further than Bitget!What you'll doResponsible for end to end recruitment process from selection to interview and ensuring timely communication of information and diversity of recruitment channels.Screen the resumes, conduct preliminary communication and interviews with the applicants, and evaluate their suitability for the job requirements.Organize and coordinate the interview process, communicate with relevant department heads, arrange interview time, and ensure the smooth progress of the entire interview process.What you'll needBachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related fields (preferred).Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within fintech or Web3 industries.Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills, with a collaborative team spirit.Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, with strong interviewing and talent assessment abilities.Keen market insight and the ability to adapt flexibly to recruitment challenges.Please note that this is fully incentive-based role with no fixed salary.
