Focusing on the fact that Indonesian consumers are super sticky to their phones, Populix facilitates a diverse range of data collection methods via its mobile app.What will you do:Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines, covering all stages from client briefing, questionnaire/script review, daily project monitoring, through to the delivery of final outputsEnsure all projects are executed on schedule, meeting agreed milestones and client expectationsContinuously evaluate project progress and outcomes to ensure alignment with company standards and client satisfactionMaintain accurate and organized project documentation, including development milestones, execution details, scope, budget, and project justificationSupervise and support junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and oversight to ensure high-quality project executionWhat will you need:Minimum bachelor’s degree, in Business Administration or relatedMin. 5 years work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar roleExcellent organizational and technical abilitiesGood communication skills in English and BahasaBehavioral skills that you will need:Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to guide and motivate teams effectivelyExceptional attention to detail and strong awareness of technical requirementsExcellent interpersonal skills, enabling smooth collaboration with clients and internal teamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsApproachable and CollaborativePowered by JazzHRVN50ENW2mx
