Within just two years, DEUS has partnered with 40+ brands and organizations, including large enterprises such as Telkom Indonesia and its subsidiaries, across industries like telecommunications, retail, FMCG, and education.We’re now expanding our reach and looking for motivated freelance sales agents to help bring our flagship products to more clients across Indonesia.Products You'll Be Selling1. DEUS Discover A gamified assessment and talent development platform designed for companies to evaluate personality, competency, leadership potential, and job fit. DEUS Discover is widely used for recruitment, training, and performance evaluation, helping HR teams make data-driven and engaging talent decisions.2. Potentia A cognitive assessment for children aged 7–15, based on the CHC theory of intelligence, presented in an interactive and game-based format. Potentia helps schools and parents understand each child’s unique learning strengths, cognitive patterns, and potential academic directions.As a freelance sales agent, you’ll act as DEUS’s representative in your network or region — reaching out to potential clients, introducing DEUS products, and helping them understand how DEUS can transform their HR or education processes.Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential clients (companies, schools, and institutions)Be present online/offline when the DEUS team does the pitch to these potential clientsHandle client inquiries and coordinate demo or consultation sessions with the DEUS core teamMaintain communication and follow-ups with prospects until deal closureReport client progress and feedback to DEUS Represent DEUS professionally and uphold our brand reputationQualificationStrong interest in sales, HR, or education technologyExcellent communication and networking skillsProactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated personalityComfortable working remotely and independentlyPrior experience in sales, HR services, or school outreach is a plus (not required)Access to a professional network (schools, HR departments, or learning centers) is highly valuedCompensationThis is a commission-only freelance position.10% commission on total project value for every successful client acquisition (paid after client payment is received).No cap: the more you sell, the more you earn.Flexible working hours and remote work setup.Opportunity to represent one of Indonesia’s most innovative HR startups with a proven track record of working with 40+ brands.Why Join UsUnlimited earning potential.
