Freelance Senior Consumer Marketing Manager (ZZP) – Amsterdam / HybridWe’re looking for an experienced Senior Consumer Marketing Manager (freelance) to lead end-to-end product and portfolio strategies for a global consumer brand. In this role, you’ll drive product innovation, positioning, and go-to-market excellence across multiple markets.What You’ll DoOversee the full E2E product lifecycle — from concept to launch — ensuring alignment with business strategy and market demand.Define and manage product roadmaps, value propositions, and business cases to optimize growth and profitability.Lead go-to-market and launch strategies in close collaboration with cross-functional global and regional teams.Develop and execute claims and messaging roadmaps, ensuring alignment with customer insights, trends, and compliance.Partner with Innovation, R&D, design, and commercial teams to guide new product development and ensure market readiness.Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance market influence, credibility, and adoption.Support regional marketing and sales with strategic insights, tools, and training to strengthen brand impact.Analyze market trends and competition to steer upstream marketing strategy and long-term portfolio planning.What You BringMaster’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).8+ years of experience in international consumer marketing or product management (personal care experience is a plus).Proven track record in product development, launches, and lifecycle management.Strong ability to translate market research and shopper insights into winning product propositions.Entrepreneurial mindset – both analytical and hands-on, with a focus on results.Excellent communicator, skilled at influencing and collaborating across all levels.Fluent in English (other languages a plus).This is a ZZP interim assignment (freelance) for a strategic yet hands-on marketing leader ready to make an immediate impact in a dynamic international setting.
