This hybrid role blends hands-on design expertise with art direction — ideal for a creative who can move seamlessly between concept, design, and production. You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Director (CD) and Associate Creative Director (ACD) to develop event marketing campaigns and impactful venue branding that bring each experience to life.Key Responsibilities:Design and art direct visual campaigns for large-scale events, festivals, and brand activations.Lead and guide a team of designers in producing marketing collateral, branding systems, and event environmental graphics.Ensure design consistency across all touchpoints — from digital content and social media to venue signage and large-format graphics.Work closely with the CD and ACD to translate creative concepts into compelling, production-ready assets.Oversee artwork development, print preparation, and final file delivery for both digital and physical executions.Maintain high creative standards while managing timelines, revisions, and client expectations efficiently.Requirements:Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or Art Director within events, experiential marketing, or brand activation.Strong understanding of event branding, large-format design, and print production.Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).Ability to multitask across projects while maintaining precision, creativity, and attention to detail.
