You’ll strengthen leadership within the MT, support transformation programs, and help manage large-scale organizational changes.Your work will focus on three main areas:Cost control & workforce planning: Managing complex staffing and cost structures.Transformation & reorganization: Preparing and supporting a major organizational redesign.Culture & demographics: Driving culture shifts and demographic renewal.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise and coach management on all strategic HR topics.Act as the primary HR point of contact during organizational change.Lead and facilitate change and improvement initiatives.Make high-impact decisions that shape the future structure of the organization.Your Profile10+ years of experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in complex or matrixed organizations.Academic degree (Master’s level), preferably in HRM, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology.Proven experience leading large-scale reorganizations or transformations.Strong track record in leadership development and executive team support.Expertise in workforce planning and cost management.Experience in the IT or technology sector is preferred.Fluency in Dutch is required.🇳🇱 Freelance Senior HR Business Partner (ZZP) | Organisatieverandering & Transformatie | Rotterdam (Hybride)Voor een grote en complexe business unit (circa 1600 FTE) binnen de technologie- en telecomsector zoeken wij een ervaren Freelance Senior HR Business Partner (ZZP). Je werkt nauw samen met het Management Team, versterkt leiderschap binnen de organisatie en begeleidt belangrijke verandertrajecten.Je richt je op drie hoofdthema’s:Kostenbeheersing & workforce planning: managen van complexe personeels- en kostenstructuren.Transformatie & reorganisatie: voorbereiden en begeleiden van een grote organisatieverandering.Cultuur & demografie: sturen op cultuurverandering en verjonging binnen de organisatie.VerantwoordelijkhedenStrategisch adviseren en coachen van leidinggevenden en MT.Eerste aanspreekpunt tijdens verandertrajecten.Leiden van organisatiebrede verbeter- en transformatie-initiatieven.Maken van keuzes met grote impact voor de toekomstige inrichting van de organisatie.ProfielMinimaal 10 jaar ervaring als HR Business Partner binnen complexe organisaties.WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting HRM of Bedrijfskunde.Aantoonbare ervaring met reorganisatie en transformatie.Sterke focus op leiderschapsontwikkeling en MT-begeleiding.Ervaring met workforce planning en kostenbeheersing.Ervaring binnen de IT- of technologiesector is een pré.Vloeiend in Nederlands.
