Company DescriptionWe are a remote-first full-service design and marketing agency helping SaaS businesses grow organically.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, remote freelance position for an experienced SEO and AEO Strategist, with an expected commitment of ~15 hours per week. We’re looking for someone who goes beyond tech checklists and understands how to prioritize and execute the 5% of actions that drive 95% of results.You’ll be dealing with shaping organic growth strategy from end to end: identifying scalable content opportunities, conducting deep SEO and AEO audits, and delivering strategic recommendations rooted in real impact, not vanity metrics.This role requires hands-on experience in SEO (must-have) and ideally working experience with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), including tracking share of answers, optimizing for AI search engines (like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini), and building topic-driven content strategies that match modern user behavior.What You’ll DoPerform SEO and AEO audits, with actionable insights and prioritization frameworksConduct deep topical research using both keyword and question-based methodologiesBuild and maintain strategic content maps and scalable topic clustersCreate detailed, conversion-focused content briefs for editorial teamsIdentify content gaps and opportunities to improve visibility across both search and AI surfacesTrack performance using a mix of traditional SEO tools (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs) and AEO monitoring toolsRecommend CRO and UX optimizations that support organic conversion goalsMust-haveAt least 2-3 years of working SEO/AEO experienceWorking experience in the SaaS industryExperience in keyword/topic research, content strategy and client-facing skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesProficiency in English
