From creating training prompts to refining model responses, you'll help shape the future of AI while ensuring technology benefits everyone.RequirementsYou hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or other related fieldsYou have at least 3 years of professional experience with excellent command of Ruby and key ecosystem tools (RSpec, Bundler)Your level of English is advanced (C1) or aboveConfident use of Git and standard Linux CLI toolsHands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)Deep understanding of testing principles and test-driven development (TDD); strong skills in debugging, profiling, and code optimization.
