We are headquartered in Amsterdam.About positionWe’re moving fast and building flexible, on-demand tech and product teams is central to our growth. We are looking for a Freelance Sourcer who excels at sourcing, engaging, and onboarding talent and will help us build sourcing functions from the ground up.What You’ll Do:Own the end-to-end sourcing for software, data, and product teams—find top talent, wherever they are.Own end-to-end tech contractors recruitmentTrack sourcing metrics and report pipeline progress regularly.Stay up to date on market trends, emerging technologies, and sourcing best practices.Map out competitor teams, talent hubs, and emerging communities.Research and map target companies and talent pools within key technology domains.Manage candidate outreach and engagement, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.Utilize Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and market insights to support hiring strategy.What We're Looking For:3+ years sourcing for product or tech talent ideally within startups and fast scaling companiesPrevious experience recruiting freelancers and contractors in tech space, BPO or outstaff agency background will be plussFluent in tech trends—understand stacks, languagesExpert in creative sourcing: Boolean, X-ray, social sleuthing, networking.Self-starter: proactive, curious, energized by autonomy and the fast pace.Excellent communicator—can pitch our vision and excite the right candidates.Tech-savvy with ATS tools, candidate engagement platforms, and the latest sourcing techWhat we can offerYou will be part of an international and dynamic environment driving innovation and setting new standards in the AI and technology sector.Flexible working hours (25-35 hours per week)20-25 USD per hour
