Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Training Consultant to support a major business and systems transformation initiative for one of our international projects. The role involves leading and coordinating all aspects of the training workstream, ensuring smooth delivery, quality content, and strong engagement across multiple business functions and regions.The consultant will work closely with the Change and Communications teams, training partners, and functional experts, reporting directly to the Training Lead and the Head of Change Enablement.RequirementsDesign, update, and maintain detailed training plans aligned with project timelines and milestones. Coordinate the creation and validation of training materials, ensuring they meet business and system requirements. Oversee the training system environment, ensuring readiness for end-user sessions and simulations. Manage the delivery of training sessions, both virtual and on-site, across multiple business units and geographies. Collect and evaluate training feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement. Support training-related communications and engagement activities to promote adoption and readiness across the organisationRequired Experience & Skills Proven experience managing large-scale training programs within business transformation or ERP implementation initiatives. Strong background in planning and coordinating multiple, concurrent training projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across internal teams and external suppliers. Ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of deliverables and timelinesPreferred Experience Prior involvement in SAP S/4HANA training programs. Experience delivering training in manufacturing or industrial environments. Understanding of S/4HANA business processes and system functionality is advantageousAdditional InformationThis is a full-time role within our multinational transformation program.
