Freelance UX/UI Designer

My client is looking for a Freelance Senior UX/UI Designer to help shape intuitive, data-rich interfaces for decision-support and planning applications used across industries like Energy, Pharma, and FMCG.This isn’t a marketing or website design role - it’s about turning complex analytical processes into clear, usable workflows that help people make confident, data-backed decisions.You’ll work with a team to design desktop applications that visualise complex models, workflows, and insights.Your background:7–10+ years of experience designing data-heavy web applications (e.g., BI tools, dashboards, or decision-support systems).Strong understanding of information architecture and workflow design.Proven skills in data visualisation and interface clarity.Experience collaborating with developers and maintaining design systems (Figma, Storybook).Ideally experience in sectors with high data volume - such as oil & gas, pharma, manufacturing, or logistics.Practical details:Freelance contract: 2–3 days per weekOn-site: 1–2 days per week in Zuid-Holland (hybrid setup)Days: Ideally non-consecutive (e.g., Mon + Wed or Tue + Thu)Start: Immediate / FlexibleDuration: ~3 months, strong potential for extensionApply if you’re a designer who thrives on turning data complexity into human clarity.
