We’re looking for a hands-on specialist to continuously improve our website and search visibility.Role OverviewAn hourly, task-based role focused on WordPress site editing/maintenance, SEO ranking & technical SEO, and supporting visuals. You’ll work mostly remote, with availability for quick turnarounds on site updates.What You’ll DoOwn genxdt.com updates: pages, menus, blogs, media, performance, backups, security.Implement on-page SEO (metadata, headings, internal linking, schema), monitor rankings, and execute content/keyword plans.Handle technical SEO basics (Core Web Vitals, site speed, indexing, sitemaps, redirects).Configure and maintain WordPress plugins (SEO, cache/CDN, forms, multilingual if needed).Create or adapt graphics (banners, thumbnails, social cards) aligned with GENX branding.Coordinate with the GENX team to plan improvements and report results (traffic, rankings, conversions).Must-Have QualificationsProven WordPress editing/admin experience on production sites.Demonstrable SEO results (ranking improvements, traffic growth) and strong grasp of on-page + technical SEO.Solid HTML/CSS (basic JS a plus) for front-end tweaks.Graphic skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator; InDesign a plus).Experience in AEC (architecture/engineering/construction) websites or similar professional services.Strong communication in English and Turkish; responsive and reliable.Portfolio/case studies required.Nice to HaveUI/UX fundamentals and CRO mindset.Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, GSC), keyword research, and schema/structured data.Basic accessibility and GDPR/cookie compliance knowledge.Compensation & HoursHourly (rate based on experience).Flexible, task-based schedule with quick turnaround on updates.How to ApplyEmail genx@genxdt.com with:CV/resume, 2) Portfolio/links to live sites, 3) Brief note on a WordPress + SEO win you delivered (before/after metrics), and 4) Your hourly rate & availability.
