Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Freight Broker role located in Sarajevo. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage operations, coordinating with clients, negotiating rates, scheduling shipments, and optimizing transportation processes. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with carriers and customers, ensuring timely communication, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will oversee account management and assist with dispatching activities to ensure smooth operations.QualificationsExperience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations preferred, but not mandatoryProficiency in Customer Service and/or DispatchingAbility to manage client relations and perform Account Management tasksExceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with transportation and logistics industry practices is a plusBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferredProblem-solving skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and carriers
