With over 35 years of logistics experience, a fleet of various vehicles, and an extensive global agency network, we aim to fulfill all your shipping needs.We are seeking an experienced Freight Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our business in the Klang Valley. This role is for someone with a deep understanding of sea freight logistics and a proven track record in developing strategic business relationships in line with key performance targets. Job Descriptions • To own, monitor + drive all sales activities for (i.e. prepare quotation) customers within your control • To align your sales efforts with Sales & Marketing, Customer Service & Operation• To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and services. • To report customer feedback. • To align with management when onboarding new customers. • To maintain and update the most relevant customer information in internal systems. • To regularly review customer portfolios with management. • To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention and reactivation through high levels of service quality in close collaboration with Sales & Marketing, Customer Service & Operation Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. • Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Building, and Sales Team Management skills • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities• Strong understanding of sea freight logistics, including pricing, routing and operational requirements.• Strong negotiation and communication skills • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
