This role is for someone with a deep understanding of sea freight logistics and a proven track record in developing strategic business relationships in line with key performance targets. Job Descriptions • To own, monitor + drive all sales activities for (i.e. prepare quotation) customers within your control • To align your sales efforts with Sales & Marketing, Customer Service & Operation• To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and services. • To report customer feedback. • To align with management when onboarding new customers. • To maintain and update the most relevant customer information in internal systems. • To regularly review customer portfolios with management. • To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention and reactivation through high levels of service quality in close collaboration with Sales & Marketing, Customer Service & Operation Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. • Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Building, and Sales Team Management skills • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities• Strong understanding of sea freight logistics, including pricing, routing and operational requirements.• Strong negotiation and communication skills • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
