Job Description:You will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations for sea freight imports and exports across China-Japan and Southeast Asia routes. Your key tasks will include:Handling international sea freight export/import proceduresCoordinating with shipping lines for space bookings and arranging transportationPreparing and reviewing trade documents (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, etc.)Monitoring shipment status and resolving any issues that arise during transitMaintaining clear communication with clients, carriers, and relevant stakeholders in both China and JapanProviding administrative and operational support as neededIdeal Candidate:Holds a long-term visa allowing work and residence in Japan (e.g., Permanent Resident, Long-Term Resident, Spouse, etc.)Experienced in sea freight export/import operations, capable of managing full-process shipments independentlyProficient in Chinese for business communication (emails and phone calls)Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)Detail-oriented, responsible, and a collaborative team player with strong communication skillsWork Schedule:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)Weekends and public holidays off
