The team is passionate about what they do and strives to make a difference every day.What you’ll be doing:Keeping the contact with internal colleagues and vendorsFollow up on open ordersWorking on/resolving invoices to be submit for paymentUpdate prices in SAP and other requests coming in a ticketing systemCreate Purchase orders (Systems used: QP, SAP)Validate Purchase orders (System used: ARIBA)Handle order confirmationsAny other ad hoc tasksWho we’re looking for:Fluent English (C1 level), French and Italian language knowledgeOngoing studies and active or passive Hungarian student statusMS Office knowledge (Word and Excel)What we offer:Availability to work at least 20 hours per weekLong development opportunity👉 Interested?
