The Senior Planner will play a key role in acquiring, analyzing, and interpreting healthcare data to support strategic planning, facility master planning, and operational evaluations. This position requires a strong background in healthcare planning, data analytics, and federal healthcare systems.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or Engineering (required)Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare, preferably within the federal sectorExperience with data analytics and population analyticsFamiliarity with healthcare design and construction, especially in the DoD environmentStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teamsResponsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Acquire, normalize, and analyze multi-sector medical data (patient/facility/physician)Forecast future healthcare utilization through trend analysis and extrapolationPresent and display data, analysis, and findings to support client decision-makingApply healthcare strategy, planning metrics, and emerging trends to define operational processesConduct strategy, operations, and facility evaluationsSupport regional healthcare system planning, clinical strategy, and functional/space programmingLead and facilitate planning efforts across multiple project types and client sectorsDevelop relevant solutions to complex healthcare planning challenges DOCPER/SOFA/Logistical Support StatusThis position is eligible for support under NATO Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) supplemental agreement articles 72 or 73.
