Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a French Customer Support Representative, based in Qesm 1st 6 October. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer support, resolving inquiries effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering technical support as needed. You will also analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions. Qualifications Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills with experience in delivering excellent serviceExcellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills to engage with customers professionally and empatheticallyBasic Technical Support skills to resolve customer issues and guide them through technical resolutionsAnalytical and Problem-Solving Skills for identifying and resolving customer concerns efficientlyProficiency in French and English, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environmentPrevious customer service or technical support experience is a plus
