This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with an accounting or finance background who are eager to grow in finance operations and gain exposure to global O2C processes in a multinational environment.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage customer orders via email and inquiries accurately and on time.Generate invoices and credit notes in compliance with company policies.Perform daily cash application of customer payments.Monitor Accounts Receivable aging and follow up with customers on overdue invoices.Handle customer queries and escalate complex disputes when necessary.Assist in reconciliations, month-end and quarter-end closing, and audit activities.Maintain and update customer master data in the ERP system.😎 Skills & CompetenciesSolid understanding of accounting and finance principles.Strong analytical skills; proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a plus).Fluency in French (spoken and written) and advanced English (C1) required.Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.✅ QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance Operations.🎁 Compensation & Benefits💶 Base Salary (to begin) : €1,300/month × 14 months 💬 Language Bonus: €150/month 🍽 Meal Allowance: €167.86/month (net, × 11 months) 🎁 Welcome Bonus (French speakers): €3,000 (paid in 12 monthly instalments, conditional on <6% unjustified absenteeism) 🏥 Health Insurance: From Day 1 ✈️ Travel Reimbursement: Up to €400 (Economy), reimbursed after 6 months of employment 🏠 Accommodation: Shared apartment for up to 12 months (€280/month, all utilities included; deducted from payslip) 🌍 Relocation Package: Provided for candidates relocating from abroad📩 Send your CV to: fani.d@atleanworld.com#french hashtag#finance hashtag#accounting hashtag#frenchjob hashtag#frenchspeakers hashtag#porto hashtag#portugal hashtag#relocation
