If you're ready for a new challenge in an international environment this is your chance.What You'll DoSupport small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via chat, email, and phone. Help clients grow their business by guiding them through digital advertising tools and strategies. Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for self-service products. Identify trends, analyse issues, and provide solutions for multiple SMB clients. Proactively communicate with customers and offer recommendations to improve their advertising performance. Deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure satisfaction across every interaction. What Were Looking ForNative level in French and strong English skills (B2 minimum). At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar rolepreferredFamiliarity with online advertising and social media platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving client needs. Comfortable working in a rotational schedule (Monday to Sunday) and in a fast-paced environment. Whats In It For YouFull-time contract (40h/week) with two rotating days off. Initial 12-month contract, renewable for another year, with the possibility of a permanent position after 2 years.
