Start Date: 6 January 2026Remote, with 1 on-site visit per quarter to the Porto (Douro) officeRole OverviewSupport a fast-growing French fintech by resolving technical issues for users. The core of this role is SQL-based investigation, troubleshooting, and clear communication with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support to French-speaking users via email/phone/chat Diagnose and resolve issues using SQL queries Analyse data inconsistencies and identify root causes Document resolutions and escalate when necessaryRequirementsC2 level French, B1/B2 English Solid SQL knowledge (reading/writing/debugging) Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving Remote-work readinessNice-to-have: Basic familiarity with Postman or SaaS toolsSalary & Benefits1,300 gross/month × 12Health insurance, training included Remote work + quarterly office visit in Porto
