Thai Union Group PCL Position: Fresh graduate : Production Work location:Samut Sakhon / SongklaTo prepares, processes, and packages food on assembly lines, adhering strictly to safety (GMP), quality, and sanitation standards; duties include operating machinery, weighing ingredients, quality checking, packaging, cleaning, and recording data, requiring stamina, attention to detail, and teamwork for efficient, compliant output.Responsibility Production Operations: Operate, feed, and monitor food processing machinery (mixers, fillers, packaging machines). Ingredient Handling: Measure, weigh, and add raw materials to production lines. Quality Control: Perform basic product and packaging checks, identify defects, and report issues. Sanitation & Safety: Maintain clean work areas, sanitize equipment, and follow all GMPs) and safety protocols. Packaging & Labeling: Pack finished goods, apply labels, and prepare products for shipment. Documentation: Complete production records, logs, and data entry accurately. Material Movement: Transport ingredients, materials, and finished goods. Qualification A Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology or a related field will be given special consideration. Have knowledge in GMP / HACCP Understanding the production process: from raw material preparation and manufacturing to packaging. Machine control skills: Setting up, operating, and cleaning equipment Data management skills: Recording production data, quality control.
