Another aspect of your role is to ensure that all transactions are performed in accordance with our compliance rules and you will professionally deal with customers’ inquiries in a timely manner.Role ResponsibilitiesPrimarily responsible for maintaining customer services as per company standard, generating money transfer transactions.Customer service experience in Money Transfer operations. Problem-solving skills with experience in cash management.Role RequirementsFluency in Japanese and English is required; other foreign language skill is a plus.Organization, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.Ability to work individually, or collaborate with others in a global, fast-paced environment, deal with ambiguity, make quick decisions, and manage tight timelines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to communicate in Myanmarese is desirable.We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
