PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Office Assistant (Mandarin & English Speaking) with the following details:Requirements:Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.Proficient in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written is a must.Prior experience in office administration or front-desk support is preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Professional appearance and a customer service-oriented attitude.Job Descriptions:Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence; ensure messages are relayed accurately and promptly.Manage meeting room bookings, assist in scheduling, and support internal events or meetings.Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation.Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, and maintain office supplies inventory.Support Mandarin-speaking guests with basic translation or communication tasks when needed.Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and orderly front office area.Liaise with vendors or service providers for office needs, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Support other departments with administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
