We are committed to guiding students towards achieving their academic and career aspirations abroad by providing personalized counseling, transparent processing, and reliable support at every step.Position Overview: We are seeking a presentable, confident, and service-oriented Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our students, parents, and visitors. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the front office, maintain effective communication, and provide administrative and documentation support to the application team—especially during peak admission seasons.Key Responsibilities:Reception & Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, students, and clients in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.Communication Handling: Manage phone calls, emails, and messages, and route inquiries to the appropriate departments efficiently.Appointment Coordination: Schedule consultations and meetings with counselors and maintain an organized appointment calendar.Documentation Support: Assist the application team by handling, organizing, and checking student documents during busy processing periods.Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, filing, and record-keeping of student inquiries, appointments, and office visitors.Office Management: Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary office supplies.Client Information: Provide basic information to students and parents about study destinations, services, and application procedures.Team Assistance: Support counseling and marketing teams in event coordination, promotional activities, and documentation work.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsHSCBachelor’s degree preferred (minimum HSC or equivalent required).Experience RequirementsAt most 1 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Group of CompaniesAdditional RequirementsLocation: Candidates residing in Mirpur are highly encouraged to apply.6 months to 1 year of experience in front desk, reception, or customer service—preferably in an educational consultancy or similar field.Strong communication skills in English and Bangla (spoken and written).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle administrative pressure during busy application periods.Professional, well-groomed, and presentable appearance with a positive attitude.Must be presentable, disciplined, and proactive in handling front desk operations and documentation work.Job LocationDhaka (Mirpur 10)
