Job Responsibilities:To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents and dispatching them to the concerned end by keeping records.To be responsible for receiving clients, visitors, guests, attending to requirements and maintaining records.Greet, guide to the concerned desk, and keep track of the visitors.To be responsible for filing & documentation related to front desk operation.Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages, provide information, and direct calls to staff members.Manage front desk supplies, stationery, and office inventory efficiently. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Perform any other duties as assigned by the department/Section Head.Additional Requirements:• Minimum of 01 year of experience in Front Desk.• Good communication skill (Both English & Bengali)• Ability to work under pressure• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.• Strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills and time management skills.Employment Status: Full-timeEducational Requirements: Graduation/Master’s degree in any discipline.Experience Requirements:Minimum 20 yearsMinimum 01 year in an Admin leadership role, managing a team of direct reports.Application deadline: 23.10.2025
