Job Summary:Gatronova is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers at our Head Office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while providing essential administrative support to various departments.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.Respond to inquiries via phone, email, fax, or in person.Manage room bookings and appointments.Maintain organized filing systems and records (physical and digital).Schedule meetings and manage calendars.Receive, log, and distribute courier mail, purchase bills, and other incoming documents.Provide administrative support to internal teams as needed.Qualifications:Minimum bachelors degree is a must. 1–3 years of relevant experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in hospitality sector.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.Gatronova is an equal opportunity employer.
