Job Summary:Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, visitors, and staff. Manage building access, greet visitors, and maintain a secure and organized front entrance. Please note, a valid driver's license and a reliable car is required for this position. Key Responsibilities:Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, stationed at the front desk for the duration of each shiftMonitor and control building access; greet and escort guests to appropriate locations while maintaining security protocolsWelcome all visitors professionally and ensure proper sign-in/sign-out procedures and badge distributionNotify staff promptly of guest arrivals and maintain visitor confidentialityReceive, sign for, and distribute packages, deliveries, and mail; coordinate employee food deliveriesProvide beverages and coat storage assistance to guests as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby areaReport security concerns or suspicious activity to management immediatelyQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and a reliable car is requiredPrior reception, hospitality, or front desk experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanorExcellent attention to detail and customer service orientationAbility to remain stationed at the front desk for extended periods
