We’re looking for talented software engineers who want to shape the future of European space missions and contribute to high-impact satellite programs across simulation, embedded systems, and spacecraft operations.🔧 Your MissionWe are looking for a Front-End Developer with a product-oriented mindset, skilled in secure, optimized, and stable microservices development using Spring Boot and modern front-end frameworks. You’ll work in an agile environment, driving innovation and reliability for mission-critical railway systems.🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and customize technical components, interfaces, modules, and databases.Implement and maintain secure Spring Boot microservices integrated into DB InfraGO’s cloud platform.Develop modern web frontends using Vue.js, Angular, React, or TypeScript.Integrate APIs using REST, JSON, and OpenAPI standards.Fix bugs identified during testing phases and perform refactoring for continuous improvement.Write comprehensive documentation (e.g. Arc42) and create delivery artifacts.Set up and maintain CI/CD environments using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and ensure code quality through TDD and automated testing.Use Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts for deployment and Grafana, Instana, Graylog for monitoring and alerting.Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to backlog refinement, and help evolve product architecture.🎯 Your ProfileDegree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent professional experience.2–5 years of hands-on experience in web development (Vue.js, Angular, React, TypeScript, Node.js, CSS, HTML, JavaScript).≥2 years experience developing and integrating microservices (preferably with Spring Boot).Solid experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar).Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI, and version control (Git).CI/CD experience (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).Familiarity with IntelliJ IDEA, VS Code, and modern development workflows.Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and test automation (TDD, CI/CD).Language requirements: English (C1 minimum), German (B2 minimum).🌟 Why Join Guldberg?Work on high-impact space missions with real-world relevance.Be part of a fast-growing team shaping Europe’s space technology landscape.Flexible project models (ANÜ or work package).Opportunities in Bremen with leading aerospace OEMs..Supportive, agile team culture with strong engineering leadership.Competitive compensation and benefits.Clear paths for career development and technical growth.
