Front-end Product Owner

If so, we would love to meet you!The Team You'll Be Working WithYou’ll join a dynamic front-end DevOps team of developers and testers responsible for multiple components within the S3 Passenger Suite. Together, you take ownership of the entire development and management lifecycle, ensuring high-quality software through automated testing, continuous deployment, and proactive monitoring. You’ll collaborate closely with our Product Vision and Design teams to translate the product vision into a clear and actionable roadmap. In addition, you’ll play an active role in the Retail domain focus group, connecting customer-centric consultants with your DevOps team to ensure the product meets real-world operational needs and delivers true value to our customers.What will you do?As Product Owner for our new Agent Portal, you will play a key role in shaping the next-generation platform for operators’ agents, whether at ticket offices, call centers, or other customer operation centers. This new front-end application will empower agents to purchase and modify bookings with ease and will evolve into a flexible B2B2C platform supporting third-party agents in the future.Your Responsibilities IncludeDriving the development of the new Agent Portal, from defining product vision and roadmap to managing backlog priorities and ensuring alignment with business and user needs.Ensuring a smooth transition from our existing portal product, managing dependencies, and coordinating with stakeholders to minimize operational disruption.Overseeing the lifecycle of existing bespoke B2C front-ends, balancing ongoing maintenance and incremental improvements while guiding their transition into the new Portal once capabilities are on par.Collecting and translating stakeholder and user requirements into actionable specifications and ensuring they align with the overall product vision.Evaluating feasibility, assessing risks, and proactively addressing challenges with innovative and practical solutions.Collaborating closely with design, development, and other product teams to deliver cohesive and high-quality user experiences across all front-end products.Communicating progress, risks, and decisions transparently to stakeholders, fostering trust and engagement.We Are Looking For Someone WithAt least a bachelor’s degree;A strong understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies;Experience working with front-end applications or customer-facing digital products;An analytical and conceptual mindset;Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus;A team player with strong organizational, problem-solving, and planning skills;Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Nice To HaveExperience in the public transport or travel industry.Familiarity with UX/UI design principles or front-end development.Experience leading cross-functional product teams.A strong sense of ownership and passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.Curious?Do you want to work at an ambitious and innovative organisation whose public transport software is used worldwide?
