Job Description

As a member of the Front of House (FOH) Food and Beverage team, youll be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth daily operations. Youll welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and maintain a clean and inviting atmosphereall while providing a top-tier dining or hospitality experience.Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional mannerTake food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyServe food and drinks to guests with attention to detail and timingMaintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas (tables, service stations, etc.)Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and urgencyProcess payments (cash, card, or digital) using POS systemsAssist in setting up and breaking down for service (including cleaning, polishing glassware/cutlery, restocking supplies)Follow food safety and hygiene standardsCollaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth serviceUphold the venues brand, values, and service standardsPrevious FOH or customer service experience (preferred but not always required)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and stay calm under pressureProfessional appearance and demeanorAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysKnowledge of food and beverage menus, including allergens (training provided)POS system experience is a plus
