What will I be doing?As an INNSiDE Front Office Agent, you will work alongside a team of passionate individuals providing excellent Service. You will be fully conversant with check-in and check-out procedures with the responsibility to deliver exceptional guest experience by surprising and delighting our guests, whether that’s with your local INNSiDER knowledge and energy, or by organizing a personalized surprise for a special occasion. You will manage the stayover of guests of the hotel.As the first point of contact for the hotel you will welcome our guests with a smile from the moment they enter our doors. You will ensure excellent customer service for all guests through being effective, efficient, courteous and friendly at all times. You will be responsible for managing the first impressions of our guests.
