We are the smart option for players in the financial industry that want to adapt to ever-increasing demands of compliance within the financial industry.We are seeking an Office Assistant who will be responsible for administrative operations.How will your day be like?• Coordinate and ensure the smooth daily operations of the office.• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, cargo, and courier processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to relevant departments.• Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional first impression.• Maintain office order, cleanliness, and supply levels; manage stationery and kitchen inventory.• Handle the procurement process for office and kitchen needs, including monthly orders.• Ensure meeting and conference rooms are organized and ready for use.• Monitor and coordinate maintenance of office equipment (printers, copiers, faxes, etc.); contact service providers when needed.• Provide administrative support for internal meetings, trainings, and company events.• Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including hotel, flight, and visa procedures.• Support accounting and HR departments with documentation and filing when required.• Execute administrative tasks assigned by management accurately and on time.Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s or associate degree from a related field.• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or office support role.• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).• Professional tone in Turkish; English proficiency is an asset.• Ability to organize domestic and international travel (hotel, flight, visa).• Experience in managing office supplies, vendors, and service coordination.• Knowledge of basic document management and administrative workflows.Supporting Skills• Attention to Detail: Notices details carefully and can manage multiple tasks without getting lost in specifics.• Communication: Expresses ideas clearly, listens actively, and maintains effective written and verbal communication.• Organizational Awareness: Understands company dynamics and acts accordingly.• Result Orientation: Sets clear goals, prioritizes actions, and overcomes challenges to achieve results.• Time Management: Plans tasks efficiently, prioritizes responsibilities, and meets deadlines.• Quality Orientation: Delivers work that meets high standards and strives for continuous improvement.• Applications from İŞKUR-registered candidates with disabilities will be prioritized.What’s in it for you?At Fineksus, we believe that work should enrich your life—not just fill your calendar.
