Greet and assist all visitors and respond to all inquiries appropriately Provide general service orientation to patients Review insurance eligibility and benefits Secure payment authorizations and collect co-pay Provide Patient Service Functions Manage all incoming calls and message distribution Schedule patients Maintain office and lobby appearance; ensure all office equipment is in working orderWhat You Bring To The TeamMust be 18 years or older.High School Diploma or GED required.Friendly and approachable personality; you love interacting with people.1 year of previous Physical Therapy or medical front office experience highly desirable.Dedication to providing excellent customer service in every interaction.Thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to adjust to changing demands.Comfortable with computer systems and software.
