In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. Situated at the heart of the Cotai Strip, the hotel provides an elegant oasis with elite entertainment, high-end shopping, world-class dining, and the indulgent pampering that defines Four Seasons.Applicants must hold a Macau ID due to work permit restriction.About The RoleThe Front Office Guest Relations Officer is responsible for welcoming and registering hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.What You Will DoWelcome and register hotel guests with an emphasis on fulfilling requests, following special handling instructions and adhering to established credit policies and procedurescheck guests out of the hotel in accordance with procedures; make change, cash checks, exchange foreign currency, and post charges to guest accountsHandle guest problems or complaintsUtilize the computer system in running daily reports and in blocking special requestsPerform tasks and projects as delegated by the Assistant Manager, Reception Manager or Director of RoomsWhat You BringA minimum of a High School or equivalent educationReading, writing, and oral proficiency in Chinese and EnglishAbility to communicate in Chinese is preferredPleasant and caring attitude toward the guestAble to work flexible hoursWhat We OfferCompetitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits packageExcellent Training and Development opportunitiesEmployee Discount for stays at any Four Seasons worldwideComplimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee UniformsComplimentary Employee MealsSchedule & Hours48 Hours weeklyWork on shift
