Location: Dubai, UAEDepartment: Rooms Division / Front OfficeReports To: General ManagerAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office and Guest Services operations at a high-volume, 5-star property located in the heart of Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and has proven experience managing large-scale front office operations of 500+ keys or more.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Services teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to deliver exceptional service aligned with brand standards.Monitor room inventory, rate strategy, and guest satisfaction scores in collaboration with Revenue and Housekeeping teams.Drive departmental KPIs related to guest feedback, up-selling, and operational efficiency.Manage budgets, payroll, and cost control measures while maintaining service excellence.Implement effective training programs, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.Ensure compliance with all company policies, health & safety, and UAE hospitality regulations.Act as a key representative of the management team in handling VIP guests, escalations, and service recovery situations.RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel.Proven experience in managing properties with 500 rooms or more.Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Excellent knowledge of PMS (Opera or similar), reservations systems, and front office processes.Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
