Our environment is professional yet welcoming — where patient service and strong communication go hand-in-hand with creative marketing initiatives.Position OverviewWe're seeking a Front Office Receptionist & Marketing Coordinator who can balance both patient-facing administrative responsibilities and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has a strong sense of organization, and brings creative energy to social media and digital marketing campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Patient Support: Greet and assist patients warmly, ensuring an excellent in-office experience. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently. Handle inbound calls, texts, and email communication. Manage patient records and appointments in ATLAS EHR. Process payments and maintain accurate front-desk documentation. Marketing & Communications: Assist in executing email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Create and schedule posts across social media platforms to promote services and events. Develop engaging content aligned with the practice's brand voice. Coordinate SMS campaigns and monitor engagement. Track and report marketing performance metrics. Collaborate with the Marketing Admin to brainstorm and execute promotions or community outreach efforts.RequirementsQualifications & Skills Previous experience in a front office, administrative, or marketing role (preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with ATLAS EHR (or similar systems) preferred. Experience with email marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic graphic design or content creation required. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
