As a key member of our front-of-house operations, you will lead and inspire our reception team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in this unique cultural destination.Oversee daily reception operations, ensuring consistent service standards and a warm, engaging approachLead and mentor the reception team, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environmentManage guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries efficiently, providing personalized serviceCoordinate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues promptlyImplement and maintain front desk procedures to optimize efficiency and guest satisfactionMonitor and analyze guest feedback, implementing improvements to enhance the overall experienceManage shift schedules and assignments to ensure adequate staffing at all timesConduct regular team meetings to communicate priorities and performance expectationsStay informed about local attractions and events in AlUla to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guestsEnsure compliance with Saudi Arabian hospitality standards and cultural sensitivitiesQualificationsProven supervisory or team leader experience in the hospitality industryStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team membersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)Proficiency in hotel management systems, preferably Opera Cloud or similar platformsDemonstrated ability to work independently and manage shifts with confidenceOutstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detailPositive attitude, professional appearance, and genuine passion for hospitalityFlexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidaysStrong organizational and time management abilitiesCustomer service expertise with a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiencesEffective conflict resolution skills to handle challenging situations professionallyFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian culture and customs, particularly those relevant to AlUlaAdaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteAdditional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
