This luxurious villa combines elegant design with the natural beauty of Bali, featuring unique sculptures, spacious interiors, and stunning ocean views.We are inviting talent for new opening Job Vacancy: Front Office Supervisor Qualifications:Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in front office supervision or operations within a hotel, resort, or villa setting.Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; capable of training, coaching, and motivating team members.Familiar with front-office systems (PMS), check-in/check-out procedures, billing and transactions, guest folios, and other operational processes.Guest-service focused, professional in appearance and attitude, flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and work under pressure, and high integrity in handling guest data and financial transactions.ONLY SHORT LISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED.
