You handle any complaints and make decisions when needed. You foster team spirit and contribute to the department’s results by coming up with creative and innovative ideas and by identifying opportunities and challenges in a timely manner. You are also responsible for the registration, administration, and evaluation of your shift, which you report to the Front Office Manager. We require at least…3 years of work experience in Front OfficeExtensive knowledge of PMS/Opera CloudStrong communication skillsFlexibly available (mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, and weekends)Skilled in administrative tasksWork accurately and independentlyOf course, you are hospitable and service-oriented, and you enjoy working as part of a team.
