Combining strong operational oversight with genuine guest focus, you will support the Front Office Manager in supervising daily operations, coaching the team, and upholding Hyatt’s brand standards. This role is ideal for a service-driven leader who thrives on guest interaction while inspiring colleagues to deliver warm, efficient, and anticipatory service. You will act as a bridge between management and the team, ensuring that every check-in, check-out, and guest interaction reflects the hotel’s commitment to heartfelt hospitality.Key Responsibilities1. Operational Leadership• Supervise daily Front Office operations, including arrivals, departures, and guest services.• Ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes, with a focus on efficiency and personalized service.• Support the Front Office Manager in managing daily staffing, scheduling, and task assignments.• Monitor lobby presence, ensuring that supervisors and hosts provide visible leadership.2. Guest Experience Excellence• Act as a role model in delivering warm, professional, and personalized guest service.• Take ownership of VIP arrivals, ensuring special recognition, smooth handling, and follow-up.• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with discretion, empathy, and swift resolution.• Drive initiatives to elevate guest satisfaction scores (Medallia, TripAdvisor, internal audits).3. Team Leadership & Development• Provide hands-on leadership to Front Desk colleagues, inspiring a culture of guest care and accountability.• Conduct on-the-job training for team members in check-in/check-out efficiency, upselling, and guest interaction.• Mentor junior colleagues, supporting career growth and fostering team morale.• Act as duty leader for the Front Office in the absence of the Manager4.
