The jobWe’re building a next-generation centralized exchange and are looking for a talented Frontend Developer to join our team. You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing highly performant, secure, and user-friendly interfaces that power trading, wallets, and other core exchange features.This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to grow while contributing to a cutting-edge fintech/crypto product.ResponsibilitiesTranslate product requirements and technical specifications into clean, scalable, and maintainable front-end code.Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications with an emphasis on security, scalability, and UX.Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up prototyping, coding, and testing.Collaborate in vibe coding sessions (pair/mob programming, rapid prototyping) to accelerate delivery and knowledge sharing.Work closely with backend engineers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to deliver seamless user experiences.Troubleshoot, optimize, and debug application issues across multiple browsers and devices.Contribute to architecture decisions, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.Stay up to date with frontend technologies, fintech/crypto UI trends, and AI-assisted workflows.Who are you?3+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer (2 years minimum with React.js strongly preferred).Strong proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.Solid experience with React.js (hooks, context, state management libraries like Redux/Zustand/Recoil).Familiarity with build tools like Vite, Rollup, Webpack.Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.Familiarity with Next.js or other SSR frameworks.Experience working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.Ability to use AI tools for faster development, debugging, and code optimization.Comfortable with vibe coding / pair programming and collaborative rapid prototyping workflows.Understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, caching, etc.).Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (pull requests, branching strategies, code reviews).Experience working in Agile Scrum or similar frameworks with cross-functional teams.Awareness of long-term software goals such as maintainability, scalability, and security.It would be nice to have....Experience with crypto/fintech platforms (trading interfaces, charts, wallets, KYC flows, etc.).Familiarity with Next.js or other SSR frameworks.Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Familiarity with web security best practices (XSS, CSRF, data validation).Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.Benefits!Full benefits in accordance with labor law.Annual healthcare program and health insurance, covering medical expenses at all hospitals, with additional support for employees and their families’ well-being.Friendly, open, and dynamic working environment with a unique corporate culture.12 days of annual leave, company trips, teambuilding activities, and plenty of experiences with hobby, professional, and sports clubs.Salary and bonus are negotiable depending on the skills and commitment of the applicant, we are very flexible.How to ApplySounds like a good fit?
