Job Description

The Frontend Developer role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality user interfaces for our B2B data platform. The role combines hands-on frontend development with a solid understanding of UX/UI design. The main focus is on creating efficient, consistent, and user-friendly workflows that enable our customers to work effectively with complex data and processes.The person in this role will take ownership of the complete implementation cycle, from early design concepts in Figma to high-quality, maintainable components in React and TypeScript. Collaboration with product and backend teams is essential to ensure that design, usability, and technical performance are aligned.TasksFrontend DevelopmentDesign, implement, test, and maintain frontend features using React and TypeScript in alignment with product requirementsDevelop and maintain reusable UI components that ensure consistency and scalability across the applicationTranslate product ideas and design concepts into responsive, accessible, and performant user interfacesCreate prototypes to validate concepts and gather feedback before implementationCollaborate closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data interactionUser Experience and Interface DesignWork with the Product Owner to understand user needs and workflows in a B2B contextCreate and iterate wireframes, mockups, and visual layouts in Figma to define structure and interactionsEnsure interfaces support users in completing tasks efficiently and accuratelyMaintain and evolve a coherent design system that balances usability and visual clarityCollect feedback from users and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the experienceRequirementsProficient in React, TypeScript, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and Figma, with a strong background in frontend engineering and a passion for designing intuitive UIsExperienced in development tooling, including environment setup, linting, build systems, and familiarity with themes like MUISkilled at designing effective user experiences and translating business requirements into intuitive, performant interfacesCommitted to clean, maintainable, and high-performance code following modern best practicesStrong collaboration and communication skills with a detail-oriented, quality-driven mindsetBenefitsA minimum gross salary of 60.000€ per year (overpayment possible)Flexible working timePermanent full-time contract (38,5 h / week)A modern office in Innsbruck, in the middle of the AlpsStarting date as soon as possibleMobility package (1-year ticket for public transport in Tyrol or a parking space near the office) and free English and German courses with your team colleaguesStart your Career at Innserpace: At Innerspace, we support pharmaceutical companies in achieving and maintaining the highest standards of quality and manufacturing efficiency.
