You should be able to translate our company and client’s needs into functional and appealing interactive applications. If you’re interested in creating a user-friendly environment by writing code and moving forward in your career, then this job is for you. Key Responsibilities Technical Expertise (50%) Create and maintain our numerous A/B tests in JavaScript/ES6, jQuery and HTML/CSS that improve the platform on a daily basisCreative thinking with the tools provided for any given test - CRO development can require you to think outside of the box to come to a valid testWork with and implement external API's or create required JSON objects where needed while creating a testActively participate in regular team meetings to discuss ideas, offer advice and strategize on ideas to improve the test You are expected to have opinions and ideas on how to further enhance the user experience in all sorts of waysSupport team with technical insights from a front-end perspectiveMaintain and improve websiteGet feedback from, and build solutions for, stakeholdersStay up to date on emerging technologies Proper use of task management and time logging tools. We use Wrike.Product Quality Assurance (35%) Conduct functional testing and verification before sending it to QA Self-Learning (15%) Be updated with new technologies and trends Required Experience & Qualifications / Critical elements of success Proven work experience of 2+ years as a Front-End Developer Graduate degree in related field Proven work experience of 2+ years as a Front-End DeveloperExpert knowledge of JavaScript/ES6, jQuery, HTML and CSSFamiliarity with A/B testing software, such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or Adobe Target will be preferred.
