Now, they’re combining that expertise with AI and technology to create a next-generation research platform — uniting qualitative and quantitative insight in one place.They’re hiring a Front-End Engineer to help build out the next generation of their research and insights platform — someone who can translate world-class design into seamless, high-performance user experiences.This role is about turning bold ideas into beautiful, functional, and scalable front-end experiences, ensuring every interaction feels effortless for the end user.What you'll do: Build Angular components and pages with exceptional CSS execution and accessibility.Translate Figma designs precisely — with performance and UX always front of mind.Collaborate closely with Product Design to ensure consistency, reusability, and attention to detail across the UI.Own feature slices end-to-end, often spanning multiple months, with minimal hand-holding.Contribute to design systems and code reviews that raise the bar for quality and maintainability.Must haves: Proven Angular proficiency and strong, hands-on CSS skills (not just consuming pre-built design systems).Demonstrated ability to deliver SPA features from Figma or similar design tools.A self-starter comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team.Meticulous attention to visual detail and interaction fidelity.Nice to have: Familiarity with Node.js or NestJS.Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).Experience in a SaaS or product-led companyWhat You’ll GetFully remote work with flexible hours25 days’ annual leaveCompetitive salaryIf you’ve got the experience and you’re ready to redefine how businesses understand people, this is your opportunity!
