Frontend Engineer

Frontend Engineer (React/Next.js + TypeScript) We're looking for a Frontend Engineer who’s passionate about crafting clean, efficient, and visually stunning user interfaces. You’ll play a core role in bringing our next-generation communication platform to life, connecting businesses and users across several digital channels. Project Snapshot & Compensation  Location: Hybrid (Lagos Mainland)  Compensation: ₦150,000 – ₦220,000 monthly What You’ll Do (Core Deliverables)  Build & Ship: Create responsive, high-performance UIs for our platform using React.js / Next.js and TypeScript.  Components: Develop reusable, scalable components using Tailwind CSS and ShadCN/UI to maintain a unified design system.  Data Visualization: Implement advanced data visualization and dashboard interfaces.  Optimization: Optimize performance for large datasets and real-time applications (experience with virtualization is mandatory).mandatory).  Collaboration: Collaborate closely with backend and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Tech Stack & Tools  Framework: Next.js (React)  Language: TypeScript  State Management: Zustand or Redux Toolkit  Styling: Tailwind CSS + ShadCN/UI You’d Be a Great Fit If You:  Have 2+ years of professional frontend experience.  Can turn design mockups into pixel-perfect, performant code.  Have experience with virtualization and handling large datasets.  Value clean architecture, modular design, and documentation.
